TARGET MILESTONE01 December 2026

A company takes shape
through its decisions.

The product is the starting point. How we develop, explain and support it defines the project.

Azarty brings a proprietary platform and application together under one technology vision. Our regional focus reflects the diversity of Latin America: different regulatory frameworks, payment methods, digital habits and customer care needs.

Growth is therefore planned in stages. Each market must be reviewed before availability is announced or operational commitments are made.

DEVELOPMENT TEAMSoftwit High

The code.
The team behind it.

Azarty’s platform and source code are proprietary. Development is carried out by the programmers at Softwit High.

The team develops new features, maintains the code and builds the integrations that connect the platform’s components. Improvements and new product capabilities come from this ongoing development work.

The web platform and application share a product roadmap. Each new release brings together implementation, testing and the documentation needed to explain what has changed.

About the development team

Two environments.
One technology foundation.

Azarty’s architecture includes connections to digital asset networks and to payment service providers in local currencies. Each integration has its own technical and operational scope.

01 / DIGITAL ASSETS

International networks
and connections.

The crypto environment brings together networks, assets and providers with an international reach. Documentation for each connection identifies compatibility, dependencies and the conditions governing use of the infrastructure.

02 / LOCAL CURRENCY · FIAT

Local methods.
Regional context.

Fiat integrations are organised by country and payment service provider (PSP). Each method is linked to provider conditions, contracting requirements and the authorisations relevant to that market.

Understand the rules.
Know where to ask.

A sportsbook is a service for sports betting. Transparency depends on explaining its rules and providing a clear route for questions and complaints. These six topics form a general information guide.

Ask about this information
01

Scope of the rules

Rules should identify the event, relevant period and what is included or excluded from settlement.

02

Results and verification

The source used to confirm results and the process for handling corrections should be identified.

03

Interruptions and errors

Postponements, cancellations, data errors and interrupted events need explicit handling rules, communicated before participation.

04

Conditions and limits

Applicable limits, restrictions and settlement criteria should be visible alongside the relevant terms.

05

Enquiries and complaints

A clear complaint channel should explain what information is needed, how a case is tracked and how to request a review. Any independent dispute resolution route must be identified when applicable.

06

Versions and changes

Rules need an effective date and accessible change information so the applicable terms can be identified.

This guide is educational. Azarty’s specific rules, service availability and complaint procedures must be published separately before any service is offered.

Reference material: published rules · complaints — Gambling Commission (GB). Educational references; they do not indicate an Azarty licence or endorsement from that regulator.

A CONDITION FOR GROWTH

Scope is defined
by each jurisdiction.

License documentation and local review are separate matters. The roadmap includes assessment of requirements, authorisations and operational conditions before any potential market opening.
